As CCO, Paul is responsible for driving key commercial initiatives across the orthopedic and dental segments. In addition to driving topline growth, he will also be focused on hiring and developing top talent and instituting a winning culture. Over the last 25+ years, Paul has extensive experience and expertise in sales, marketing, business development, clinical operations and M&A integration. Paul’s proven track record in managing diverse teams and different types of businesses positions him well to drive current and future commercial success at OsteoCentric.

Vice President of Strategic Sales for Trauma and Veterinary

 

Stewart is a seasoned executive with a strong track record of delivering results and developing innovative strategies selling complex medical devices. With a passion for taking entrepreneurial companies to the next level and building new markets in the orthopaedic space; Stewart’s career has been focused on improving patient care and maximizing value. Prior to OsteoCentric, he has held executive sales roles with companies such as Smith & Nephew and Synthes where he was an accomplished leader with over 25 years of direct experience in Orthopaedic Trauma. Stewart holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Norwich University, Military College of Vermont.

Quinn Baker

Quinn comes to OsteoCentric with 16 years of orthopedic sales and trauma experience.  He started his career with a local distributor selling an array of orthopedic products.  Prior to OsteoCentric, Quinn has spent the last ten years as a trauma Sales Consultant for J&J Depuy/Synthes Trauma working with orthopedic surgeons in the operating room.  In 2011, he was a key member of the team awarded the Region of the Year Award. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from San Diego State University.

Scott is a seasoned veteran in medical device consultative sales, bringing 31 years of experience to OsteoCentric Technologies.  He began his career with Synthes as a sales consultant, responsible for sales in trauma, spine and maxillofacial.  He later became a senior sales consultant with a vast experience in training sales consultants domestically and abroad.   After 20 years with Synthes Scott worked for Stryker as a senior sales consultant.  He also worked with product development on several projects to deliver new technologies in both Trauma and the Power Instrument divisions.  Prior to joining OsteoCentric Scott started his own distributorship in California, Oklahoma and Arkansas.  Scott graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in Political Science, Pre-Law.

Cory Dingus

Cory brings nearly 20 years of medical device sales and sales leadership experience to OsteoCentric Technologies.  Cory started his career as an entry level associate sales position for a distribution company and quickly grew to a senior level, managing products focused on total joint arthroplasty, sports medicine, biologics, and trauma.  Cory then started his own distribution company in 2004 and has led his sales team to achieve awards yearly and his company maintains top distribution credentials each year.  Cory has a passion for developing startup medical device companies and new medical technology into companies that succeed in a highly competitive medical device market. He has brought several companies to successful distribution in his career, and takes pride in seeing a new technology help a surgeon in the operating room and even more, a patient have a successful outcome and a better quality of life.

Jason comes to us as a medical sales professional with twenty-three years of experience marketing advanced technology, medical products and services in competitive markets. He has 17 years of experience in the Orthopedic sector including 9 years as a trauma consultant in Chicago managing Synthes 2nd largest account in Illinois at Loyola University Medical Center.  He progressed to management working for Zimmer as a trauma manager for the Illinois distributor and has additional orthopedic experience in sports medicine as Director of Sales for Smith and Nephew covering the Midwest. Jason’s entrepreneurial experience includes establishing a medical distribution company focusing on the orthopedic market, and working as VP of Sales for Surgical Solutions, an early stage orthopedic device company.

Moy Iza

Sales Consultant

 

Moy comes to OsteoCentric Technologies with a clinical background and experience in research and orthopedic trauma sales. Most recently, he was with Smith & Nephew for over 4 years as a trauma representative. Prior to sales Moy was a postdoctoral fellow at the UT Health Science Center in San Antonio researching blood disorders where he later transitioned to help develop a cytologic test for early cancer detection with BioAffinity Technologies. Moy has an MD from the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara School of Medicine and has a BS in Biology from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
