Chief Strategy Officer
As Chief Strategy Officer, RJ leads strategic direction for OsteoCentric Technologies, focusing on how the company grows, structures for scale, and pursues new opportunities. RJ brings more than 25 years of management and executive leadership experience to the company. Before joining OsteoCentric, RJ led sales and marketing for a real-time notification and messaging solution used by physicians and hospitals to improve patient care. In prior roles, RJ has built and led partner ecosystems across manufacturing, licensing and sales for companies such as SolarWinds (IPO, NYSE: SWI), Motive (IPO, acquired by Alcatel-Lucent) and IBM.
RJ graduated with honors from The Wharton School of Business with degrees in Finance and Operations, and has both Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from The Pennsylvania State University.
