Mr. Van Nostran is the Vice President and General Manager for OsteoCentric Dental.

 

Prior experience as commercial executive with 25+ years of leadership in dental and healthcare, with a focus on implants, restorative solutions, and strategic DSO partnerships. As Global Vice President at Zest Dental Solutions, led P&L for a $115M global business, delivering 40%+ annualized growth and over $30M in revenue gains over five years. Built a direct sales structure that achieved 20%+ YOY growth, negotiated key distribution agreements, and aligned global commercial strategy across all sales channels. During his time with Implant Direct (Danaher), drove $20M+ in new revenue and 50%+ growth for five consecutive years. Led national DSO strategy, secured multi-million-dollar RFPs, and launched CE programs to boost implant adoption and procedural confidence. At MDVIP (Procter & Gamble), managed a $10M+ P&L, oversaw 48 physician affiliates, and led practice transitions through data-driven analysis and operational guidance across the Southwest. With Henry Schein Ortho, scaled sales from $20M to $85M, restructured the national sales force, increased margins by 10+ points, and managed multi-channel distribution across direct and dealer partners. Earlier at Dentsply, led regional growth through multiple M&As, earned Manager of the Year, and built top-performing sales teams.
