Jeff Zanni
President and General Manager, OsteoCentric Oncology and BoneAnchored Prosthesis
Jeffrey Zanni serves as President and GM of Oncology and Limb Salvage at OsteoCentric Technologies, where he has executive responsibility for strategy, operations, business development, and commercial performance across the company’s oncology, complex reconstruction, and limb salvage platform.
Jeff brings more than two decades of executive leadership experience across orthopedics, medical devices, biologics, and advanced implant technologies. Throughout his career, he has led businesses through periods of growth, transformation, and commercialization, with responsibility for full P&L management, market development, team design, strategic partnerships, and enterprise value creation. He has held senior leadership roles with Stryker, Tornier, Vyaire, Conventus, and Integrum, where he served as U.S. President.
His background as a business leader and operator, combined with deep experience in orthopedics and osseointegration, supports OsteoCentric’s mission to advance fixation, reconstruction durability, and patient outcomes in some of the most clinically demanding areas of orthopedic care.
Jeff earned a Bachelor of Arts in Law & Legal Studies from the University of Massachusetts and completed advanced Master of Public Health coursework at Boston University.
