Gavin Sontag

President and General Manager, OsteoCentric Spine & OsteoCentric Sports Medicine

Gavin leads the Spine and Sports Medicine business units at OsteoCentric Technologies, overseeing all strategic planning, development, and growth initiatives for the segments.

He previously served as the company’s Chief Marketing Officer, where he led the corporate rebranding and launched UnifiMI Technology across the orthopedic, dental, and veterinary markets.

Before joining OsteoCentric, Gavin managed market development, product strategy, and sales for Zimmer Biomet’s Surgical Division. His extensive medical device background also includes serving as Director of Business Development at IMDS (now Lincotek Medical) and spending nearly a decade at Stryker Corporation in sales and marketing in the sports medicine market segment.

Gavin holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Illinois.
