Eric W. Brown is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of OsteoCentric Technologies, a company pioneering next-generation fastening technology across medical and industrial markets. Driven by a vision to challenge decades of conventional thinking, Eric founded OsteoCentric to redefine how fastening technology interfaces with the substrate, transforming a single breakthrough concept into a diversified platform with applications spanning orthopedics, spine, sacroiliac fusion, trauma, dental, and industrial manufacturing.
With more than 25 years of experience in the medical device industry, Eric has built his career at the intersection of innovation, commercialization, and market disruption. Before founding OsteoCentric, he served as Vice President of Sales for the Western United States at Synthes (USA). Earlier in his career, he spent more than 15 years in the operating room partnering with orthopedic surgeons, gaining the clinical insight that inspired a fundamentally different approach to fixation technology.
As CEO, Eric continues to lead the company's strategic vision, product innovation, intellectual property strategy, commercialization, and expansion into new markets. Under his leadership, OsteoCentric has secured more than $250 million in funding, built a robust intellectual property portfolio, and advanced a differentiated technology platform positioned to reshape multiple industries.
Eric attended Miami University and earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University.
