Marketing Product Manager - Trauma

We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager who will be responsible for driving
go-to-market activities, brand recognition, competitive intelligence, messaging, and positioning of our products.

 

More broadly, this role will also be responsible for promoting our unique, patented technology, UnifiMI across the orthopedic, dental, and veterinary market segments. This part of the role puts a heightened importance on a thorough understanding of our technology and what makes it so beneficial in so many different applications and surgical specialties.  

 

Marketing Product Manager duties and responsibilities:

  • Develop product and technology messaging that differentiates new products and services from others in the market.

  • Maintain and manage competitive intelligence and comparisons by working with cross-functional stakeholders and executing self-lead research.

  • Communicate the value of new products and services to the sales and distribution team.

  • Assist sales on in field activities and training when appropriate to provide deeper dives into the product.

  • Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our products and core technology.

  • Develop and implement promotional activities such as sales promotions and product launches.

  • Use market research data to determine product pricing.

  • Create product content such as case studies, videos, website copy, LinkedIn and blog posts.

  • Gain insight into customer use of current products, untapped opportunities, surgeon user and buyer personas.

  • Measure and optimize the surgeon user journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage.

  • Manage marketing and project budgets and approval processes.

 

Product Marketing Manager requirements and qualifications:

  • Previous working experience as a Orthopedic Product Marketing Manager for 2 years.

  • Previous working experience in orthopedic trauma sales or marketing for 5 years.

  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Creative thinker with a vision.

  • Attention to details.
