Scott Schwartz

Scott Schwartz, Vice President of Business Development

Scott is an experienced orthopedic sales and management leader bringing a focus on providing value to the organization as well as company customers.  After leaving the Army, Scott started his orthopedic career as a sales consultant in Seattle, WA for Synthes and Zimmer Trauma. He went on to produce in various roles for Zimmer including Regional Sales Manager, Regional Trauma Director, National Trauma Contracts Director, and National Direct Sales Leader.  Most recently he was Zimmer Biomet Trauma’s Regional Sales Director for the Western US managing nine territories throughout ten western states.  Over his career Scott was also involved in multiple Zimmer product development projects including the original periarticular plating system, periarticular locked plating system, cannulated screws, Natural Nails, and Active Plating. Scott earned a Bachelor of Science degree in General Engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point

Jim Baugus

Jim Baugus, Vice President of Business Development

Jim joins OCT as VP Business Development and has a history in both Medical Device Sales and National Accounts.  Jim has worked in orthopedics for Synthes, Stryker and NuVasive, as well as directly for hospitals and health systems in his role as the owner of an orthopedic consulting company.  Most recently, Jim served as VP Sales for Next Science and was successful in building a national distribution network, KOL base and strategy, and US Sales and National Account strategy.  He graduated from University of Notre Dame with a BA in Economics.

Eric Stenslie, Vice President of Business Development

Eric brings 23 years of medical sales and leadership experience to OsteoCentric Technologies.  Beginning with a successful sales career with Merck and Co., he transitioned into orthopedic sales with Synthes. While at Synthes, Eric held various positions that increased in scope and responsibility, including sales consultant at a level one trauma center, field trainer, sales senator, regional sales manager, and was selected as a charter member of the regional manager leadership council.

Most recently, Eric was the Central Area Sales Director at Globus Medical where he spearheaded the launch of the trauma organization.  He has a successful history of cultivating strong, long partnership-based relationships and has executed and implemented value-based contracts at the local and national levels.

Eric received his B.S. in Exercise Science, from the University of Wisconsin La-Crosse, and is currently pursuing his M.B.A. from the University of Kansas.
